''When can I expect to receive my order?''
All products aimed to be shipped within 5 working days - this can sometimes take longer in busier periods. If you'd like an update on any order we can provide that at any time!
''What size should I purchase?''
Standard fit usually apply with most items. If you'd like more accurate please see the 'Size Guide'. Size charts will be available for each product.
''What is your returns policy?''
On the unlikely event you need to return a product you have purchased from our store, then it must be returned to us in the same condition as received (unworn and unwashed). Full refunds or exchanges will be processed without hassle on review of the items.
For returns: Please email brokendayclothingco@gmail.com and provide your name and order number. You can also send us a DM on Instagram along with your order number. We aim to provide a swift response!
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Import Taxes / import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be applicable once items arrive at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Broken Day Clothing Co. We advise customers to check and contact local custom offices to avoid unexpected charges.
